Below mentioned are necessary details that you need to have before configuring Email Account to MS OUTLOOK

Your E-mail Address	::	user@yourdomain.com
Your Username / Account Name	::	user@yourdomain.com
Password	::	*********
Account Type	::	POP3
Incoming Mail Server (SMTP)	::	mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server (POP3)	::	mail.yourdomain.com

MS OUTLOOK EMAIL CONFIGURATION GUIDE

Setting up a mail account in Microsoft Outlook

Step 1:

For first time installation of MS Outllook follow this:
Click on Microsoft Outlook Twice to open it
Click on Next Button

For Already using MS Outlook follow this step:
Click on Microsoft Outlook Twice to open it
Go to Tools Account and click on Account Setting Button

Step 2:

Click on Next Button For first time installation

For Already using MS Outlook follow this step:

Go to Email Tab and under it Click on 'New' Button

Step 3:

Click on Manual Configuration Settings Check Box
Click on Next Button

Step 4:

Click on Internet Email button and then click on Next Button

Step 4: User Information Section::

• Enter your name and email address in (example: Name- A M Technologies, Email address: info@amtechnologies.in)

Server Information::

• Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (example: mail.amtechnologies.in)
• Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (example: mail.amtechnologies.in)

Logon Information section::

• Give your email id as user name (example: info@amtechnologies.in) and enter the password

Step 6:

Go to "Outgoing Server Tab"
Click on "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" Check Box
Click on "OK" button

Step 7:

Go to "Advanced" Tab

Incoming Server (POP3): Port No: 110

Outgoing Server (SMTP): Port No: 25 or 587

Outgoing Server (SMTP): Port No: 26 if your system have Quick Heal Antivirus

Server Timeouts : keep upto 9 minutes
Click on Leave a copy message and remove from server after "2" days.
Click on "OK" Button

Step 8:

Click "Finish" Button
Your account is now successfully setup and ready to use Microsoft Outlook2007
